Initial Consultation:                   200.00  (Intake interview/Diagnostic)
Psychological Testing                 300.00 (varies based on services required)

Therapy Session:                       150.00 per session

Group Therapy Session                30.00 per session (Groups are typically 8-10 sessions)

Neuropsychological Assessment 150./hr  ( 6+hours ; can be up to 10 hours) # of Hours based on the complexity of the clinical question

Private Pay                               Due at Time of Service.

                                                We accept most major credit cards/ checks / Electronic transfer: Zelle /Pay Pal

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health/ behavioral health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met yet for this year?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session? 
  • What is my co-pay or co-insurance amount per session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • Do I need pre-authorization for mental health / behavioral health assessment and therapy?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not

notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
